I am an author, horse trainer, and a teacher (though not always in that order). While working my way through college,I found a passion for storytelling while working as a ghost tour guide in the historic and very haunted town of St. Augustine, Florida.
After teaching for a few years, I realized that something was missing from my life – horses. Feeling confident growing up with them, I felt I was up for the challenge that a wild mustang could bring, which led to the wonderful and exciting life with Kobi.
Continuing to teach both human and equine students, I found my desire for storytelling creeping back into my life, which led me to writing.
I have written numerous on-line horse articles, two novels, and am currently working on a four book crypto-zoological series.
I am looking forward to further up dates on your blog.
Hey, talented writer, horse trainer, and teacher, I’m so glad you’re keeping us posted!
Can’t wait to see your novels published. The kids are hungry for good stories and need examples of good storytellers.
Awwww. How very wonderful. Of course you know that Kobi will need pictures posted so people can see the transformation. Have you let him know he fameous yet?
Kobi doesn’t know a thing. The attention would go straight to his head – and he has quite a healthy self concept now! Anymore and I couldn’t live with him!
Hi Heather. Imagine my surprise at running across info about your current exciting life. I tried to send a Christmas card to your parents address and it was returned as no longer at that address. I have been retired since 2012 and will turn 65 in January. How sad. LOL. Nice to see you are so happy and doing what you want to do. Best wishes to you. Billie Bailey
